Afiyet Olsun / Bon Appétit [artbook*2023]
Afiyet Olsun is a self-published art book exhibited during Artbook Days at Arter in 2023. It combines antique plates from my collection with stories contributed by individuals, each attached to a specific plate in the collection. There are 13 plates and 12 stories, referring to the plate sets as if acknowledging that there are only 12 places set at the table. The concept behind the binding and structure of the book is for readers to match each story with its corresponding plate. The stories encompass various genres, and the binding was crafted in BarınHan as a limited edition.
